If you have the PTR installed, you probably won't see much of an update.
I got this update yesterday,it´s around 8GB. It's obviously supposed to be perfect once it gets to the PTR. PTR stands for Public Test Realm, please tell me what you expect of it. I sincerely hope their internal builds are less experimental than the PTR ones.
